On the web site of Christabel Hallas she has a topic of the month. This month reveals how the Hungarian equivalent of VOSA were slapped back into place by the European Court.Overly excessive penalty imposed on a driver.Eoropean Court considered the Hungarian VOSA were out of order.Christabel considered British drivers should take note.Someone who can cut and paste might take the time to post it.It is still the ‘topic of the month’.
