The chip on my digi card is coming unstuck
How do I go about replaceing it ?
Worried it may fall of in vdu , so is it ok to drive until newcard arrives
Have tried looking but can only find how to apply for first one

Look about 3/4 of the way down the page and you’ll see the number to call to report a faulty card. They will talk you through the process.
I had the same mate you have to get a form off your employee or the dvla,it will say faulty or damaged card,i said mine was faulty so they sent it back saying it was damaged and had to pay full wack ,cant remember how much it was,i was allowed to drive for 14 days but work kept me in the office,it came back quick though,you will have to do a print out each day,

Thats the form ,a new photo and 19quid ,i damaged mine by putting it in my wallet and it bending which cracked round the edge of the chip

It’s £19 for a replacement card but you don’t need a new photo.
When I read the topic title I thought it was going to be about many members of this forum 
An amalgamation of a loose cannon & a chip on the shoulder.

It will come back as damaged m8 if you have been using it,is it cracked cracked all around the chip and looks like it could drop out,have you had it in your pocket or anywhere where it bends like i did
