Things are not looking good at Chelsea. The government just released £110m in funds to prevent them rolling into an administration. Their owner has been frozen out. They are not permitted to sign any new contracts.

The club has been sequestrated by the government which includes all its assets.
Abramovich no longer owns it the government does.
There are loads of buyers wanting to buy Chelsea so the government just needs to sell it to any of them.
If it goes into administration that means it’s been asset stripped by the government.
He ( Roman ) always looked one of the better owners to me , it was just that labour mp who backed Blair’s war & was fiddling his expenses asking for action to be taken that caused this crap
I hope Roman sends some of his boys with some poison to deal with that hypocrite
