Checking my Digi

Good evening everyone is it possible to check my hours online ?

Thanks

paul

Depends if you work for a company that uses a programme to monitor/record their drivers hours and they let you have access.
You can’t from the DVSA website or any other government website if that’s what you mean but our place uses a programme called Tachomaster and they let us have access to it in the form of an App that shows our hours ect.

Thanks a lot . I have just downloaded the app . I’m trying to workout the 17 week avg rule … NOOB  lol
my company download my card everyday but I’m not sure whether they are monitoring my hours .
Regards Paul

They certainly should be monitoring your hours!

Unless your company use that specific software it’s useless to you, also you can’t just download it and log into it,someone at the company has to register your details on their account, that enables you acces via a password that’s created once they enter your details.

To look at my hours I use a Digifob 3. The card information is read and displayed on the device itself (small display - bit of a faff) or connects via USB to a PC. All of the data held on the card is read and stored in a file - you can then read the file with a third party program (Readsm) - the program may be downloaded free. Driver hours are displayed in a nice graphical format - I was quite surprised at the quantity and detail of information stored .
Note the older Digifob doesn’t have a USB connection and can’t be used as a reader.
The company that makes Digifob does not advertise this functionality - don’t think that it is particularly interested for whatever reason.

Not unless your employer uses an analysis company which allows individual drivers to view their own records. So ask your employer if this is possible.

Failing that, your manager should be able to access individual data in their software.

Other options are to buy a device to read the card yourself.
Also, if you use a Digipostpro at work to download your card, you can get weekly totals and other info if you leave your card in after it has sent the data, press OK and follow the options.

The Digipostpro is not a device for the individual driver - it costs about £600 and seems to require a network connection.
The digifob costs about £50 and is standalone with no subscription charges.

That’s why I said if that’s what they already use at his work.

If that’s what he puts his card in every week to download to the company, then he already has the means to get his weekly drive/work/POA totals without buying anything else.
