Right…
I have a horriable feeling that my 1st 7hours of training hasn’t been logged with juapt last year as I didn’t get any notice in the post to show I did the course (funny how I did with the second one though)
So, I want to make sure I have 14 hours in this stupid DCPC bank hours thing…
Question is - how do I go about making sure I got the 14 hours in? is there a online form somewhere to do this or have I got to phone DVLA\juapt up to ask?
Thanks
From What I can make out, the responsability for this lies with the DSA. You will need your driving licence number, the one with the first five letters of your surmane and your date of birth all jumbled up etc. and a few other personnel details to quote over the phone.
Their phone number is 0300 200 1122. This was the number at the top of the letter that arrived with my little blue card a couple of months ago. All the training records end up here and then they send the card. These people should be able to tell you if the training has been registered.
Hope this is of some help. Let us know how you get on.
Will give them a buzz in the morning - many thank
Best way to check is to send an e mail to;
CPCRE@dsa.gsi.gov.uk
Requesting that a statement of periodic training is posted to you.
You must include in the e mail;
Full name.
Date of Birth.
Driving Licence No.
Full Home Address.
They will then send you a letter confirming your current number of registered hours. It normally takes less than a week to get a response.
You can call on 0191 2018 112 BUT they will not tell you over the phone, they have to post it to you.
Sorted - called the 0191 2018 112 number and nice lass on the end is sending a letter out - she told me I got 14 hours - brilliant - so it has been accounted for (thank gawd)
