CHECKING DCPC TRAINING RECORDS

The NEW online system for drivers in now LIVE

Check your Driver CPC periodic training hours - GOV.UK

All you need do is enter your DRIVER NUMBER, POST CODE and then one of those silly 'can you see the badly displayed words and type them in" type security things.

DSA will then post a password to your driving licence address within 10 days (HOW LONG! :open_mouth: ) from which point you can login and check your DCPC records.

All training centres have been instructed to pass this information onto people during courses and also to include written information on DCPC attendance certificates.

Don’t forget when checking your records - the training centre has 5 days after completion of a course in which to upload the training - so the training may not appear for up to 5 days.

If training does not appear on your record
If you have done training that isn’t showing on your record after five working days, contact the training centre where the training took place.

You should contact the Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training (JAUPT) by phoning 0844 800 4184 if the training centre can’t help you.

If JAUPT can’t help you, contact the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) customer service centre on 0300 200 1122

Pete

Cheers for that Pete.
I’ve made this a sticky to save people from having to search for it. dd.
