Hey folks. Been a while since I checked in. Left the RAF back in 2008; got my C & C+E during resettlement from the RAF hoping that I might get an opportunity. Well I got an offshore job for 7 years followed by driving for Stagecoach for 5 months. Got disillusioned with that and went looking for a truck job.
So 5 months in I’m driving artics with no previous HGV experience. Mostly tankers carrying non hazardous liquid and Draff tippers but occasionally curtain siders and box vans. Absolutely loving it.
Thank you for all the support I got on here while I was training in 2008.
