If they made 200k net last year they are worth ± 800k on a factor 4 , although buyers normally take last 3 or 5 years trading and average surely a managers buy out on the cards , never get a better opportunity with a knackered holding company, providing C&H aren’t lumbered in with the holding company debts.

Been driving past there today (aylesford) and it all seems business as usual - except the agency work seems to have dried up at C&H for the time being. Plenty of work at other firms on the same estate though.
