As said in the other thread, Jenny B, who may be known to some of you, kindly donated one of her original, signed paintings to the PDF cause at the recent ‘DO’ at Cannock.
The painting is in acrylic and depicts to rearing zebra in an abstract African theme.
From such a talented artist this painting is bound to rise in value, so not only are you helping the PDF funds you are also investing in a future antique.

The picture is on E-Bay and is due to end just before Midday This coming Saturday (16th March)

There’s already a couple of bids on it so don’t miss out.

The painting sold for £51
Many thanks to Jenny for so kindly donating the picture and all who placed a bit.
Special thanks, of course, to the winning bidder

I’ll look forward to opening the parcel when I get home at the weekend, it really is a beautiful painting, I buy a lot of original art and photos never do full justice to the real thing, it will have pride of place in the front room. I can’t believe I got it for the price, to be honest.
As to whether it will make me a millionaire in years to come, maybe, maybe not, but as they say “art for art’s sake”. I drove from Durban up through Botswana and Zimbabwe just a couple of years ago specifically to see African wildlife and saw many zebra/ zebras along the way so it will have real personal meaning for me.
