Should Londoners be charged for leaving London?

If you happen to live in a clean air zone. You should get a discount. Or. As you suggest be able to drive for free as long as you don’t leave.
I’d already called for this long ago both our Conservative so called ‘anti’ ULEZ County Councillor and MP.
We should impose a congestion charge on all London registered vehicles crossing the County line using ANPR.
That or preferably repeal the London Government Act taking the stolen outer London Boroughs back into the counties they were nicked from.
The truth is the Tories are onside with Khan’s antics.
I wouldn’t worry about it because soon everyone will be charged for driving or of their zone.
