Changing address on digi card

Anyone know if I can change my address on my digi card over the phone? Or does it have to be done by the D777B form from the DVLA?

Fill in the form and send it back to DVLA. DO NOT send card back.

Shiny new one arrives in post. Then you send old one back

I had to collect mine in person from the local VOSA station and hand over the old one at the same time. It was 2 or 3 years ago so I imagine with all things Government it’s changed since then.

You will have to keep the old one for 28 day even for changing address make sure you have it down loaded.

I did mine over t’interweb, shiny new one arrived, downloaded old one on friday, sent it back and started using new one the following Monday.

Only get 28 days to send back so printed off confirmation, tm signed it, sorted.

Direct.gov I think. Using phone so difficult to post links.

Sorry, my bad. Ordered form online and printed that confirmation + photocopied form. But still wait for new card before returning old one.

As said earlier mate get form fill in and return but do not send card.you then collect from dvla office and hand back old one
