Changes to mot test items

as from the 20 th march new items came into the annual mot test, I nearly got caught out on Friday when I took my horsebox in, according to the tester the drivers seat wouldn’t move so that’s a fail, I thought that’s strange as I had taken it out when rebuilding it and a knew I had checked it when refitting it back in, so when he jumped out to go and check some other details I jumped back in and tested it, worked fine for me then realised that the guy had been pulling the wrong lever, just goes to show you have to keep an eye on what they are doing when testing your vehicle

Wonder how my 30 year old Landrover will fare, seats are fixed so can’t move!
Got cats fitted to the V8 so cleaner than modern cars but still have to pay £240 tax per year, makes a mockery of emissions dontcha think :unamused:
