AISOE, Vienna, has informed us that deep frozen goods are no longer considered as perishable foodstuffs and that therefore vehicles transporting them are no longer exempted from weekend driving ban.
Road hauliers who want to continue to transport them during the week end have to apply for a special permit from the Austrian Federal Government before entering the country.
