Hi everyone, I’ve been browsing the forum for quite a long time, finally got round to joining up.
I’m a mechanic, but totally fed up of the spanners, toying with the idea of some driving work.
I’ve got my class 1 although not been used much for a good few years, apart from taking a few rigids for mot.
I will need to do the DCPC training and I’m wondering if I can do other training as part of it
For example would a refresher training course count, or a first aid course etc.
Are there any detailed lists of available courses.

one of the dcpc modules is first aid.
21 hours ( I think) for ADR
first aid module is NOT a First aid certification
Check with the company you go with as some will count refresher courses, ADR, HIAB and OperatorCPC (the real one not the mickey mouse DCPC) each days training can count to 7 hrs of your DCPC periodic training, however you will probably be charged an additional upload fee (around £8:50)
But ring the training company first to make sure they are JAUPT registered and do in fact upload!
