Well my old one was requiring several parts to get it back into order and it worked out the same money to fit a recon smith box. But regarding your original post you can’t just put it back to a manual unless you like double clutching. After having a root around in the I shift box they are actually pretty simple things once you’ve removed the top plate. Can Volvo not simulate the problems on their rolling road?
No you can’t, we’ll you can but its unviable.
