Does anyone know of anywhere between Heywood and Bedford that will do a proper job of fitting a cb wiill be heading down M6 then M1
You can’t really not do a ‘proper’ job.
It’s quite possibly the easiest thing to fit! Have a go yourself and save yourself money!

have always done in the past but new lorry and the boss is worried about warranty so it’s either get it done at scania (far to expensive) or at somewhere like Forton but only go past there at night so to late for him
Easy fix…velcro to dash , magmount and antenna…cheap as chips.

Oh dear. That kind of thinking usually ends up with a CB that is lucky to work a mile up the road.

You would be suprised, there are far less tools on like there used to be…and true not a lot of folks on fm, try a multimode radio with ssb on it there are a lot of folks on there calling channel …27.555 is the frequency…50 times better than fm.

Mines all ways on Irish truckers often on it 
Do you still get the knob heads around Brum mouthing off ?
Often get chattin to others drivers while stuck in holdups on motorways etc.
What Scannia is it your fitting into ■■ I fitted one in mine and it will pop out in a couple of mins if needed with no full time fixing, PM me and i will run over what i did if you want.
