Who ?

raymundo:
Who ?

knew that was coming,lol

this lads antics seems to be the latest getting a lot of social media attention … is it a high-five or an attempted push … you decide

Don’t matter as he is allowed to do that being a Beemer driver, nice car though !

Just watched it there just now and saw a clip of a lorry driver (well, 7.5T) having a go at some one but just beside him was a cyclist swigging quite openly from a can of holsten pills! Drink cycling. Acceptable apparently. If only there was some way to trace this cyclist. Like some sort of plate required for bikes. There must be something. Come on, think…

Licencing Act 1872 - carriage includes bicycle…

Since a cycle is classed as a carraige under the highways act, this could possibly be used.
“Drivers of carriages injuring persons by furious driving Whosoever, having the charge of any carriage or vehicle, shall by wanton or furious driving or racing, or other wilful misconduct , or by wilful neglect, do or cause to be done any bodily harm to any person whatsoever, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted thereof shall be liable, at the discretion of the court, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years.”
This is from Offences Against the Person Act 1861 (as amended by the Criminal Justice Act 1948) But I think he would need to run someone over first.
This act is were the offence of wanton or furious cycling leading to grievous bodily harm comes from.
