Cat C test

Hi everyone
I’m new to this forum.
I started my cat C training Monday all was pretty good until made couple mistakes clipped curb.
I have 5 hours left tomorrow and test Friday
Any advice for keeping nerves under control so don’t clip curbs as going on to do C+E once passed cat C

Cheers

Don’t focus on mistakes like the kerb. Learn and then move on from it. A wise man once said ‘With mistakes come the keys to success’. In this case the key would be “oh, next time I shall go a tad slower and concentrate on the mirrors more during the corner” Nothing you can do about the nerves really, some deep breaths I feel help me a little but that’s about it.

Take your time, use your mirrors (both sides) and be prepared to act on what you see. That’s the little detail that is always forgotten! Wouldn’t mind a quid for every time I’ve heard “Ummm, thought I was getting a bit close to that”. Well how about reacting to that and keeping it off the kerb then!!!

Get your gear in good time so that’s out of the way before the positioning/steering attracts your attention.

Good luck with it, Pete

My advice:

1 Note that no one in here can help you to get the job done.
2 Go there with a “get the kin job done” mindset.
3 Get the kin job done.

Stop worrying and just apply and focus your mind to…GET THE KIN JOB DONE!

Btw Good luck

How did the test go ■■
