British weather is great.
So was Woodhead and The Snake Pass, and the M62 was buggered too
The first hill after Abingdon M74 last night north bound was a terrible winter with dozen or so wagons unable to get up the snow covered motorway, it felt like sheet ice underneath. The second hill i were struggling meself even though i only had ten tonne on. Ending up sitting behind a snow plow at 30mph till Happendon then it were all clear.
Last night on the M74 it looked like Abington to Cairn lodge hadn’t been gritted or cleared, it was sheet ice northbound seen a Nampack unit and trailer in the field at the top of the hill.
