I’m looking to relocate up north but would only consider working my current shift pattern of four on four off, someone mentioned Gist Logistics, anyone know of any others?
Can’t seem to find much via Google/job sites.

Yep, Keedwell do 4on -4off. Can’t speak for Carlisle, but working out of Newport sees us running all over, and unless you ask for it, you don’t get run on the fifth day. There’s plenty of it if you want though.

'S alright. Nothing realy wrong at Downtons, just needed a change of scenery. Keedwells are ok, decent variety of work, with regular and reliable backloads home. Given a job, and left to get on with it. No pressure, but an almost totally Mercedes-Benz fleet. I’m driven an MAN, for now, but they are due to be replaced. If it’s with a merc, I’ll be looking for another job.
Recently had a pay rise, money isn’t fantastic but a lot better than NMW. I’m averaging about £11 (that’s without counting my night out money … 
)
Don’t specifically know who offers 4 on 4 off, but there are a few decent sized firms round Carlisle and Penrith is not too far away.
In my opinion most switched on firms will offer a decent driver what ever shifts he wants within reason.
Was speaking to a small local haulier recently who said drivers interview him these days.
If the work, the shifts, the truck or the money dont suit there is something else just round the corner.

I did try them actually but they only do 5 on 2 off 
I thought they’d have enough work to justify all sorts of shift patterns.
If you don’t mind agencies,.a mate of mine tells me that Riverside Recruitment do a 4 on 4 off on the Gist job, and are advertising for ‘Full time drivers’’ but as you know, …agencies are agencies. 
Not sure if you got sorted but see McBurney on their FB page looking for 4on/4off drivers for Penrith base.
