Only thing along that stretch of road is the traveller site, probably closing it to keep them all in!

The old bill should do a road tax and insurance blitz on that road and I bet they’d get more uninsured and un-taxed vehicles in them 24 hours than they have in the last 5 year. Mind you they won’t want to upset our traveller friends.
There’ll be the usual rival clans punch up to settle old scores and a few ponys trading hands at the wake. There was the same happend in Wakey a good few year ago and you couldn’t move on the roads around Agbrigg by the site. I’ll be lucky if the undertaker turns up to my funeral never mind having the roads shut for 24 hour
