Cardiff Council are using CCTV camera,s to issue fines,one of the drivers at the yard has been fined for using a Bus lane 
It was 6:00am on a Sunday morning they need cash budget cuts etc!
Thing is we just pay up!

The bus lane will have a sign saying what times the bus lane is in operation. They don’t have to put up signs about CCTV.
They do it in Luton as well. Company I do some part time work for in the office and checking tachos and domestic driving hours had one driver get two fines from cameras in two days. One was for using a bus lane and one was for parking on double yellows. he claimed he used the bus lane because his sat nav sent him that way. Idiot 
Is he paid by the load ?
