It’s an acquired taste but I like it or used too before the missus got them panic attacks that meant we couldn’t go outside her comfort zone so sold my wobble boxes at the end of last season and don’t think I’ll be buying any more but up here in the highlands of Scotland there’s plenty of nice places to visit without needing to overnight it any where. We live right by the beach where people come from miles around and further just to see the Moray Firth dolphins and we can see them most days and think nothing of it.

If you look at the position of the axles in relation to the overall length, it probably won’t be as tail heavy as you might think. Don’t think I’d be towing it over Shap in 50/60mph winds though!

Easy cure, just stick a row of them triangle wedgie things the supermarkets are so fond of wasting money on up the side and you could drag it through a hurricane, it’ll be better on fuel too, , allegedly.

Why , my mrs has just got a Astra gtc 2.0 diesel 163 hp , nice car too drive , goes well and cheap too run , with the 20 inch alloys , shape , Vxr kit , red you’ve got Ferrari looks for £14995 , you tell me of any German tat that gives you all that for the money 
An interesting point Del. But I don’t think it is mandatory for truck drivers to use plastic bottles and carrier bags to urinate/defecate in.(As a day man, I tend to use McD’s toilets,motorway sevices, ASDA/TESCO, pubs etc…)
I am also pretty sure that there are other alternatives to Spain, socialising with knobheads, and having an overweight partner. Me personally, I prefer selective company, beautiful destinations and a gorgeous younger missus (I am punching above my weight!).
But whatever floats your boat Del.

We can still afford a proper holiday it’s our choice, last year i went to Portugal and paid for all the kids and partners and grand kids and had a 10 bed villa by the beach in Praia de Luz

Years ago when we were poor my father in law offered us the use of his caravan , I’m not sure what it was made of but my Astra gte 16 v ( couldn’t afford food but I could a nice car ) struggled it’s guts out just getting it from Corby glen too grantham , I wasn’t having my pride and joy wrecked so rang up father in law up and told him too come and take it back , I’m guessing there now made of lightweight materials as they look twice the size of the one I was pulling and cars don’t struggle like the gte did , but probably a hot hatch isn’t the best tow car material .
