Due to start as a new pass on 7 car artics soon, but if i don’t get the loading right and pass the test to show I’m up to standard after the two weeks training they won’t give me the job,. Can i ask how and what way people have found easiest to line up the cars and drive up the ramps, head out the window, sit on the door frame with arm out the window, mirrors etc…
stop worring and over thinking it, your trainer will show you the best way to do it. after awhile on the job you will adjust to a way thats comfatable to you. watch ask and you will learn enough in 2 weeks to give you confidence.
Well done on the new job. I’m sure they have to say that, but after 2 weeks, why wouldn’t you be able to do it?
Which depot, or whereabouts in the country are you starting?

Yeah i know they do, hoping i will be able too… Managed to pass the assessment and the white line with no mirrors test, thinking i was only going on for an interview so perhaps I’m just anxious for no reason. I’m in the south west mate starting at Bristol. Where are you based?
