Anyone know of anyone who offers a DCPC module specifically in car transporter loading rather than the general safe loading?

I’ve never heard of one, and considering how few people would find it applicable I don’t think it would be financially viable. There wouldn’t be enough classroom material to fill a full day of DCPC but possibly someone might offer a 3.5 hour module to cover specialist vehicle loading, which could be paired with something more traditional.
you need more time and learning than sitting in a classroom for 6 hours to learn how to load 11 car transporters
This sort of specialised training would likely be provided by the company. Theoretically it is possible that they could get it approved as part of an in-house CPC training course but due to how much that all costs and how infrequently it would be used, they’d probably not deem it worthwhile

As above , the module would have to be registered with JAUPT and that costs money and time. It would have to be a practical course so its doubtful that people would pay the money for it.

Not a chance. It’s one of those things where you do basic training and go out with a driver for a couple of weeks to learn. Even if it were done the cost of the course would be eye watering as you’d have to cover the cost of a car transporter for a day plus vehicles to load onto it and I doubt anyone attending the course would be willing to use their own as a demonstration car.

ECM do as part of your training all in house though
