Car broken into , sort off

It’s been reported to coppers , ins wernt intrested, dealer said they don’t do service books , everything is recorded online so said lack of a service book isn’t a issue , upto now nothing untoward has happened ,

She had the drivers side window broke twice outside the house on her fiesta st which is why she changed to a more normal fiesta , nothing has happened in the 5 years she’s had the car , I’ve just advised her to take everything that’s of any value out the car , I did say we will change it but can’t find another fiesta with the spec of hers ( vignale ) local , so we will see what happens , hopefully nothing .

As for taking stuff , I had my Astra gte 16 v pinched twice within a week , first time they took all my daughters toys , teddy bears , dolls etc

I found it baffling but apparently easy to sell on a car boot sale .

I had an old MK2 Astra that was always getting broken into. I put a hidden immobiliser switch and a removable car radio. I left nothing in the car whatsoever. I never locked it or replaced the broken ignition barrel. It started with a screwdriver when I deactivated the immobiliser switch. I put an old style steering wheel lock so they couldn’t just wheel it away.

I’ve had my fair share of cars nicked over the years & the only one that wasn’t taken was my ford Capri with a steering wheel lock on.

Lowlifes & scumbags seem to be as bad as ever, Our daughter was driving near Parbold when a car slowed down & she said someone pointed something out of the rear window & she heard a loud bang,

It was a bloody air rifle & it hit her front wing FFS.
