What an utter load of crap. Some do gooder charity coming up with hair brained schemes.
Like there aren’t already parking problems in 99% of places let’s try and make it even worse on new developments.
If younger people could get on the housing market easier then we wouldn’t need houses with 3 or 4 cars to each one.
Does not help when people have a car each for example as a couple with no kids then one could also have a company van they take home as well. That can still be 3 vehicles to a 2 person property.

If younger people had the bottle they’d fight for the wages needed to pay for a house like the ‘militant’ 1970s working class did.
There are plenty of decent houses for sale out there.
Not expect someone to give them a place for nothing or trash an area under an over supply of crap urban housing estates where no one then wants to live.
While in this case they’ve all supposedly voted to go car free net zero so the government can export all of our oil and gas.
So they’ve got what they wished for.Get on the bike or the bus comrade just don’t expect us all to go along with it.
In this case not enough off street parking then no car sorted.They can have a new ‘affordable’ house but they’ll have to use the bus or bicycle.
