You’re right AHT, the sign on the north bound approach shows a normal x roads.
For some reason I always seemed to remember it as staggered, maybe its just because of the odd angles.

Was this mid to late afternoon?I live on the A585 just north of M55 J3 and there were A LOT of emergency service vehicles went flying by on blues on twos heading north.
Hope you’re ok B1 GGK as even if you’re calm at the scene and maybe even drive the truck back, it can hit hard once you get home and relax.

If you speak to a couple of muppets in our place, I was doing that, aswell as whacking 1 off into my sock whilst being over the limit (the latter is an actual rumour

Had a great near miss today, I was empty and pulled off a roundabout and started accelerating, a small van decides to use the filter lane below to overtake me (he was going in the opposite direction of the arrow)
The filter lane started to shrink and there was another truck in the opposite lane, the muppet instead of slowing down and pulling in behind continued to plow on, he proper crapped himself when neither of us deviated from our speed or position, nice plume of tyre smoke as he jammed on the anchors to avoid getting sandwiched between us 
he kept a well away from me for the next 30 miles
