When I’m down at my girlfriends house I can’t get onto this site either when I’m on her dad’s PC, my phone or I Pad. This only started happening from last Thursday and it’s fine when entering other web sites etc apart from this one, a message papers saying this site doesn’t exist or is unavailible.
Her broadband provider is Virgin Media and the funny thing is they’re our broadband provider at my mums house where I don’t have any problems 
Could there be some sort of block put in place where it won’t allow me to access this site?? Or is there more than likely a problem with their broadband??

Sorry mate, but it’s looking like you’ve got the same problem as harry in the topic linked by tachoraph in his post above.
I’d suggest that it’s very probably the case that you need to contact Virgin, possibly quite forcefully. 
I’ve also had exactly the same problem myself. 
If you PM me the IP address you’re trying to use, I’ll be able to check it at this end for you and eliminate it as a possibility.
