works for me looks like you nee d to install the realplayer there is free verision avalable
I’ve never been able to see any files on there either And I’ve tried most things and have all the codecs etc. 
Tried real player and a few others
but still not working yet
If I try and view it in Mozilla it doesn’t work. In IE it does.

you need quicktime to view the vids
could it be your firewall settings?
