How long have you been driving over there ?

thanks man appreciate it, I’ve been driving for just under 4 years over here clocked up over 500,000 miles lol
been 10 years total driving now

Nice one pal
I always fancied giving it a go,never got round to it though, don’t know if I had the bottle required, tbh…

Cheers mate, I’m no better or different to any of the other Europeans here just literally went for it with the ideas if it works great if it doesn’t nothing lost I gave it a go and that’s it really, I mean it was pretty nerve wracking going the airport to board the plane into the unknown but it’s like anything you get used to it with time hardest was the distances driving 650 miles a day EVERY day lol

Hey guys I’m currently in Ilinois just parked near Chicago en route to the Bronx, New York.

lol I like your channel trailer mate. How are you getting on with your T680? They’re probably my favourite looking new truck. I’m in an old 2005 T600 which is light years behind what you’re in as you can imagine. Done almost 1.4 million miles though and a thoroughly good work horse that never misses a beat.

Hey thanks man the trailer was fun to make lol quite cool the way it turned out, the T680 was a fantastic truck thanks so bloody nice to drive very comfortable and quiete and loaded with every option, a real dream to work with I’m back in a cascadia now a 15 standard fleet truck but tbh they are Much improved with better and more comfortable interior and seem to be more reliable   thanks for coming to the channel see ya soon

I can imagine it would have been a bit nerve wracking, had a spell driving wagons down under many moons ago, easy enough right hookers and drive on the same side as us  I’ve never driven a lefty ■■■■■■ before,or the ’ wrong side of the road ’ for that matter.Fair play to you and all the others from the UK who’ve made the move and done it

You’d be fine. There is absolutely nothing to driving a left ■■■■■■ if you can drive a RHD truck. The human mind is very apt at mirror imaging things and within a day or two it’d be second nature again. I’d never driven a LHD truck before coming here, though had done a few years in Europe in RHD trucks and that was worse to be honest.

Hey check out my latest Vlog driving into the Bronx New York City in POV dealing with Low Bridges tolls and traffic, hope you enjoy it, thanks for watching

Too late now Robin.
Should have at least tried when I was single and younger.

Great vid pal

What does POV mean ? That’s mighty pricey to cross the George Washington Bridge, isn’t it ? Loving the low bridges :open_mouth: Where were you turning into at the end and you said you had to pay to go in ? Truck stops are free aren’t they ? Too many questions
