Can your license be endorsed from tacho recordings?

Can your license be endorsed from recorded speeds on tachographs?
Or is the maximum you should expect is just an infringement to sign?

I always wonder becasue with a full load on on a downhill I sometimes let it roll on a bit if its the early hours.

I would think not. I’m sure its already been established that a tachograph chart cannot be used for your defence. Its also been established that a tachograph chart can corroborate with other evidence to convict you. I know, it doesn’t seem fair. But i’m almost certain that on its own it cannot be used to convict you for speeding.

no license cannot be endorsed for tacho offences but can be hefty fines

Yes it can.

Gordon Brown will hear about this and change the law tomorrow just like all the other law changes Lablurr have made.
