the answer is no you cant in a truck but you can in a car

No you can’t it’s all signed and lined as it’s a lifeboat training harbour and access is required 24 hours. Stracathro is about 10 minutes from there. If you’re delivering to the lifeboat guys and contact them in advance they’ll let you know if they have space and where though

Shame though what a place to wake up.

Indeed it is

I would think that the Strathcathro Services is your best bet, but there is a Community centre place in Stonehaven where I think that you could park up and not bother anyone.

there is a humungous laybye on the road near the golf club (google maps)

depends on if you are delivering to the harbour or the restaraunts at the beach, harbour area is a no go but if you are going to the beach area you should be able to park there, I have seen trucks parked there before overnight.

As others have said Stracathro is your best bet, about 20 -30 mins away in the morning, but remember Cafe is closed at 9 in the evening there.

which has height barriers in place to deter the travelling brethren from entering so no chance in a lorry.

there is one further north on the turnaround
