mon 17.00 to 00.30 [46 break]
tue 17.00 to 4.15 [1hr 30 break]
wed 13.15 to 00.30 [1hr 30 break]
thurs 17.00 to 4.15 [1hr 30 break]
fri 1.15 to 00.00 [ 1hr 30 break]
i cant see why not, but ive only done easy hrs i.e 17.30 to 00.00 so didnt need to think to hard, is it to do with nights or is he wrong 
Looks fine to me, based on the info as given, you can do this each and every week no problem.
Normally when people refer to ‘spreadover’ they mean the period between starting work and finishing it. There is no such thing as ‘spreadover’ in the tacho rules but people still use the term.
I have no idea where your mate is getting a 14 hour ‘spreadover’ from as your shifts - spreadovers - are either 7.5, 11.25 or 10.75 hours. A 14 hour ‘spreadover’ wouldn’t necessarily be illegal any way, unless you have already reduced your daily rest to less than 11 hours three times in the week and then do it for a forth time.
