I just recently passed my CPC national and international licence which I did as a home study ( It costed me only £50 for a used book and £120 for exam). I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some home study material for HGV licence. I work in transport company so will be able to get some free training from drivers which work with me here. You obviously need a vehicle to pass a driven test.
Maybe I misunderstood your question. :-/
go get proper training if its that important ffs 
Most do all the theory practice at home and then book and take the tests at the theory test centre
All practical test training cannot be done at home
Turning up at a test station in a vehicle you’ve borrowed from your company having only ‘learnt’ how to drive by reading a book is IMO doomed to failure 
You missed the free training from drivers that he works with.
God I could have some fun with that.

If you’re as cynical as me, you can look at this nonsensical & totally illogical post, compare it & categorise it with an increasing number of similar posts on this forum. Then use your experience of other forums, some of which might suffer similar posts & some which definetely do not, & perhaps come to a cynical conclusion that maybe something is not quite right !
IMO it’s an autopost, something that Rikki assures us doesn’t happen on this forum.
It’s a post on a forum that exists purely to generate traffic on that forum. Please bear in mind that this forum exists to make money, it doesn’t make money to exist (there is a difference). The only way this forum can make money is to generate & maintain a high level of traffic.
It’s probably just me being cynical by nature . . . but somethings about this forum just don’t seem right.
