Lucy:
Angela, you’re not overweight or lacking in basic fitness, so I really wouldn’t worry, Hun. Seriously.
.
Not now but have been on both parts as you never seen when I was 3st heavier then I am now so do keep an eye on it but if not careful will be going that way again
Lucy:
Yeah, although on the heavy side of it. It works out at a BMI of 23.3, where above 18 and below 25 is “healthy”.
Unfortunately that dont work for me as BMI only covers "average hight " not short or too tall
Since (unless something has radically changed since I last saw you) you’d fall down the drain outside your house if you turned sideways, I don’t think you have anything to be worrying about, Ang.
Lucy, if she turned sideways she would be on the missing persons register.
Rumour has it that at Ang’s last weighing ceremony, she almost kidded them that she’s a ‘normal’ weight by keeping her ■■■■■ in her pocket!!
Now that’s all sorted, she’s back to being weighed by using kitchen scales…

Meanwhile, I’m off to the nearest weighbridge.

Ive been working as a tramper for near on 10 weeks now and i really enjoy the life driving all over the country and earning good money, im even thinking about trying to get on the overseas work that my company does.
Anyway what my main concern is that even though i dont eat at roadside cafes and the like (where eveything is either fried or deep fried!) i mainly eat out of my cab which is a broad mix of tinned food, noodles or ther dryed foods as well as fruit. but i cant seem to help but notice i have started to swell around the midsection i always was big and did struggle to loose weight but then i could always go for a run or hit the gym when not working but when your parked up in a layby for the night you cant go for a run down the hard shoulder can you? and ive yet to see a truck with a fitted shower (not even that scania longline i always see has one of them i bet!)
what im asking is how do you loose weight when dieting is not enough and still tramp out for a living??
any hints and tips will greatly be apreciated.
When i did the South Coast Run i had a Resti in Brighton,in the North Street.
Started with Minestrone, then Beef Stroganoff, and finished with Pomodori Mozzarella.
Was lots of Brandy in Beef Stroganoff, and costed every Time between £35.- and £42.- depence the drinks and tip
