Can you help find this container?

Hi guys,
This may be a very very long shot HOWEVER… the company I work for are based in Northampton. We do alot of container work and recently acquired a new contract!

On Saturday morning I collected a container from DIRFT and dropped it off in our yard at Moulton Park.

Monday at 1am someone cut the chain on the gate and took this specific Trailer (60904) it is a rental trailer from BS Trailers and the container number is BMOU4443420 . They knew what they was doing and what trailer to take. It is a very high value container! Could anyone who see’s a container parked up anywhere check it for these details. I know we all are busy and have jobs to do first but there has been an increase in theft around Northampton with containers and trucks going missing. They are hiding the containers and trucks in inconspicuous places for a week or so and then taking them!

Please do keep an eye out in ANY industrial estates you may visit or parking for this trailer/container.

My company will pay a reward for information relating to the return of this container!

Help us a bit here, chief, we can’t spend all day squinting at box numbers.

Is it a red skelly, a blue skelly, a green one with flashing red polka dots?

What colour is the container? Is 20ft? 40ft? 45ft? Does it have a name on the side of it? Is it bashed and dented, big rust streaks? Shiny and new? Is there anything that easily distinguishes this box from the hundreds someone will pass in a day?

My bad, Im certain this was Blue but could of been red, my memory isnt the best! It was an oldish box. Trailer is a blue skelly. 60904 at the front of it. Company I work for is FSEW. Not that it is relevant but the trailer was taken by a white unbranded DAF driven by a white male.

Someone has tipped this guy off, and in this world we live in, we cannot put blame on the Night time agency staff but they drove up to the gate with full beams and cut the chain! went straight to the box and took it! didnt check it to see if it was sealed or not.

Chris, i am sorry to hear of your problems, but i would not mention the location of high value loads on a public site, that any robbers look for this information.
Like you have said, they knew which container to take .

I am guessing the OP is on bigger wages than our lot.

To move high value containers, we have to have Unit tracking, trailer trackers, 24 hr patrolled secure sites just to comply with insurance.

It would appear that your company don’t have all of these so you can make a bigger margin than us from the same rate. So I am guessing that extra goes in your wages?
