after looking at my passport, i noticed on the inside of the front cover it says:
‘Her Britannic Majesty’s Secretary of State requests and requires in the name of Her Majesty all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance and to afford the bearer such assistance and protection as may be necessary.’
so with this in mind. can customs legally pull you in? can vosa delay your journey? can the police stop and search you?
is there a legitamate legal argument that will prevent them from stopping you?
Phil I would have thought if anybody could have answered your question having challenged the authorities it would have been you
I would have thought the answer is no, unless your an SAS truck driver on his way to China, but I am sure we will get someone who fits that description will come on and give you the answer
