i wouldn’t of thought so rik looks like a sort of conveyor floor some how linked to the axel speed, unusal but different, these russians come up with alsorts 
Not denying the russians are ingenious, but theres no walking floor there , look at the depth of the floor and even if there was it wouldnt happen at that pace. 1.2.3 bales would be pushed up by using the 4th as an anchor but there is no way that the last bale would go up at the same pace as the others- and if you look at the shadow over the bales… it jumps and not conistent with the movement of the bales- its not real IMHO
Enlarge it and look again Rikki. The floor is a conveyor belt I think. I’ve seen similar in the states for local hay deliveries, just never with a roof on 
BTW It’s not Russian!
Yeah, you can see the ‘rollers’ along the edge. They must be a rubber of some kind which can ‘grip’ the wrap on the bales.
Similar to the plastic wrap on silage bales I used to handle.
Not willing to be a phillistine will look again tomorrow with fresh eyes - not convinced atm but if I am wrong will put my hands up and say so

You can only post videos from Youtube on this site, I found the video on Youtube in about a minute by copying the name “Ð“Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ·ÐºÐ°” from under the video that you posted a link to and searching on Youtube for it, you’ll find most of these videos find there way onto Youtube 
Once it’s found on Youtube copy the URL from the address bar in the browser and paste it into the reply box here, select the whole address in the reply box and click on the “video” tab just above the reply box.
Alternatively just type the video tag before the address and the closing tag after the address.
When finished your post will look like this:
The only reason the address above isn’t showing a video is because I’ve messed with the address to stop the video showing.
