I did 9.5 hours Monday and 10 hours today. I have the day off tomorrow so can I drive another 10 hours Thursday if I don’t exceed my 56 hours and of course as long as I stick to my daily rest breaks too?

The 9 to 10 hour driving time thing can only be done TWICE in the FIXED WEEK which is from sunday midnight to sunday midnight

Are you getting confused with the three reduced daily rests which can be done between weekly rests?

No.

10h drives are “per fixed week” and not “between weekly rests”.
