Can i do this /t shift or not

i always do o/t every other week normally, but im on holiday on saturday so was going to do xtra one on thurs but im not sure its legal

i obviously havent done tommorow-sun yet ,but i know shifts so worst senario would be 20.30 finish thurs, start 4.00 sun,so is that thurs possible,legal from info provided,ta

I cant see a problem here. First Thurs and Fri off gives you 61.75hrs rest, then 6 shifts, then 36hrs off, then 6 shifts, then 55.5hrs off. Even got 10.5 hrs spare to pay back the 9hrs owed from when you had the 36 off.

I can’t see anything wrong with it either, You’ve had a 61.75 hours weekly rest the first week, 36 hours reduced weekly rest the second week and 55.5 hours weekly rest the third week, which as Steevo said will mean you’ve paid back the compensation of 9 hours for the 36 hour reduced weekly rest.

So as far as I can see, yes you can do the Thursday.
