yes you can the explosive value is less than the reqiored amount by road, however its different by sea… This class is given to shotgun cartridges without the buck or gun powder in… i.e. just the pin and charge

as spacemonkey says yes you can. 2-3 years ago we used to load these from turin when i worked for yeardley (sorry for swearing) only stipulation was we had to use the frejus. other than that all ok.

as to which ships may transport ADR:—HAZ–““IMDG””
GOODS;YOU may find that you require certain paperwork
and also PPE equipement, CHECK it out THROUGHLY
as any mistake will cost you TIME MONEY in fines, or ■■■■■■
COSTS; and also trouble, remember the Three P.s

well SIMON if he is only takeing it to the port yes(?) but if he
is going any thurther then yes because they do things differently
in EUROPE, and any way i thought the new rules started this year in
JAN of 2007, as regards adr-haz-imdg,
