Humberside have had one for a while now, can park up almost anywhere, makes it hard to predict where you will find him. Although you are usually safe when its raining 
I know it’s been said before, but it really ■■■■■■ me off when all the governments want to do is use cameras to catch someone a bit over the limit, but they don’t give a s**t about the crazy b&&&&&&s that do all the proper dangerous stuff on the roads.

And you know the really weird thing about that? The police think exactly the same.
Been around for years,basically a copper with a speed gun but it’s connected to a laptop which sits on his seat so they don’t have to do a roadside stop and you’ll just get a ticket through the post like a normal speeding ticket.

I didn’t say that,the OP asked if it was new…it isn’t one of them used to be a regular fixture in Nuneaton a good 4-5 years ago when I used to deliver round there.
