Is it true that when calculating driving time driver can take of f from it only periods of 15 minutes or more when he is doing other duties?
example 1: driving 2h, -----then 10 minutes spent in office(tacho at other duties), ----then driving for 20 minutes to park the trailer,----then 5 min. disconeting trailer(tacho at other duties),----after that driving for 1h.
What would be my total driving time in this example?

Where on earth did this come from (the bit I’ve highlighted in red) ?
In your example, you have got,
Driving 2 hours
Other work 10 minutes
Driving 20 minutes
Other work 5 minutes
Driving 1 hour.
Total Driving time - 3 hours 20 minutes.
Other work - 15 minutes
You have either managed to read something the wrong way totally, or been listening to what we, on TruckNet, call My Mate Told Me (MMTM) rules.
I think you may have got this from the fact that a break of less than 15 minutes cannot be counted towards your 45 minutes on break.
That time on break is still break though. It isn’t counted as anything else.
You can now only split your break into a 15 minutes or more break, plus a 30 minutes or more break.
You can of course have a straight 45 minute break.
It’s worth having a few extra minutes on break, to be sure you haven’t inadvertently had a few seconds short of the required break.
