Kates’ Kabin has been reopened on the A1.
Chris’ Cafe at Studley Green (A40) near Stokenchurch is still open.
Cirencester Truckstop still going, although it looks like the A417 Cafe at Duntisbourne has closed.
I saw a couple of lorries parked up in a pub car park near Skipton last week (about 3 or 4 miles from the Bolton Abbey Steam Railway.
The cafe the OP mentioned near Coventry always looks busy when I pass it.
