I genuinely feel sorry for the legitimately inconvenienced Truckers affected by the French Border closure…but feel myself laughing my gonads off at the Cabotage ■■■■ takers who have been taking the ■■■■ out of the UK for years! - Christmas or no Christmas
I also respect the Sikh community in Gravesend for providing Curries for stranded drivers - but the last thing i’d be eating is a curry when there’s no toilets nearby!
Come on now lads,.we.'ve all had a drink,…as they say.
As the Scousers say…‘Ey ey ey now calm down calm down’
(Btw I’ve got 18000, so don’t bother cowering, I’ll accept a bow…even a curtsey. )
As for your other comments, they’re drivers like us,.doing what their employers tell them.
The truth is that truckers will do anything like ■■■■ on the side of the road or ■■■■ on a bottle, it’s no wonder the respect is no more or never was and yet they work from buttons, that’s what the public should be shouting about we have people who will work for buttons and don’t care about their health and love being treated like ■■■■, keep it’ coming
The truth is if all got together and there was never a better time like now then you would come out the best
You hold the key shut the whole ■■■■■■■ thing down and get your justs reward, grow a pair of balls and be a man, you want to be a man and be treated like a so called professional then be a man or maybe you like the stain of being known as a person who ■■■■■ on the side of the Road
It’s all in black and white with the week that has passed
I feel sorry for the poor buggers, kept bundled up in Kent and slim chance of getting home in time for chrimbo.
I have just been on the Just Giving page for the Sikh charity Langar Aid https://langaraid.org/ and gave them a bung towards their good work. Chip in if you want. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/langar-aid1

Nice one mate, good on ya.
I may be wrong, but I reckon the o/p has never been anywhere south of Dover.
As I said, drivers are drivers whatever their nationality.
I recall a few Christmases ago a driver was parked up on the local by pass Christmas eve onwards.
The wife made a box up of Christmas stuff, Turkey sarnies, mince pies, Christmas cake, sweets and chocs and I chucked a can of beer in.
Took my 2 young kids with me (incase he got the wrong idea ) his English was better than my Czech (or whatever he was) , and I tried to explain in sign language I was also a driver…the lad was really touched, and handed my kids a bar of chocolate.
Felt good about myself if I’m honest,.and liked to think somebody would have done the same if I’d been stranded abroad over Christmas…always managed to avoid it.
It’s reported that of the first 200 drivers to be tested have all returned negative results which just reiterates that these drivers are no threat whatsoever, Macron should hang his head in shame for using them as political pawns, whatever his beef with the UK it has nothing to do with these drivers.
Fair play to the Sikh community for stepping up and helping out.

Indeed Mazzer, just pawns in this stupid game.
Macron this month, Downing Street ordered “terrorist security check” the other month but only the drivers experience the misery.
International Drivers seldom interact with anybody so are very unlikely to catch Covid at work especially the EE’s as they don’t even use the restaurants or bar on the ferry when they are open so your test results come as no surprise to me.
Its something I’ve said to the mrs ever since all this covid kicked off - that actually I’m not in a bad job job when it comes to avoiding contact and would rather be doing trucking driving over working in a shared workspace like a factory etc. A point proved a few weeks ago when 8 out of 10 of the office staff all caught it at the same time.
