They probrably class it as a non essential repair so you may get it fixed eventually but not right away. My aircon needs regassing but I have to wait for it to go in for it’s next inspection before it gets done.

I am having an issue with my company at the moment whereby they won’t repair the fridge in the cab, it has been defective for ages. There is no reason why they can’t fix it as it is a new truck and is still under warranty. Is there a law that states that the fridge must be working? or some sort of human rights violation? If there is a law covering this then I could approach them with it and it might get done. Any ideas?Have you thought about telling your mum?
