cab curtains

Less than 3 hours and 4 replies for the thread to take the normal turn. I thought the question was where can I get curtains, not what do you think of my idea to change the standard ones :unamused:

If anyone else has made the same mistake and has turned up with a sensible answer do they also know where I can get a few replacement curtain clips? The curtains in my Actros are barely long enough to fill the gap so the bits where the clips are broken are causing some potentially embarrassing gaps

There’s someone on e-bay called homeonwheels, they do all different types of hooks for lorries.
I bought a pack of 20 or 25 as my Actros didn’t have any curtains that go across the bed. Hooks from there, £15 for a pair of black curtains from The Range, job done.

Try a caravan/camping supplies shop for spare hooks. I sort of “acquired” a couple of hooks for a Daf CF from the caravan we stayed in last year.

What’s wrong with velvet? Don’t you like velvet? What is there not to like about velvet?

Maybe you should try something other than velvet, maybe even velvet? Unless of course you’re not a fan of velvet.

Mine aren’t velvet. But I might consider replacing them for velvet ones, or possibly some made out of velvet.

Just read that while laying on my bunk and hadn’t noticed until now there was even a rail there, cheers!

Google sleepeasy truck curtains

Im selling some nice red, white and blue ones, you can have them for free just postage costs, virtually brand new in high quality velvet.

to be fair to the OP if they curtains are anything like they used to be I can get to an extent why you would want to change them especially in summer time.

I don’t get the tassle brigade mind.

Google white rig curtains she does a good job say what you want size colour material and she will give you a price she is based near berwick she does do a good job and will get anything you want.
