HGV CLASS 1 or CE
Done both but can’t decide what best .Over to you lot.
i would put LGV C + E DRIVER as hgv is no longer, its large goods vehicle now.
just my opinion.
Around here you say “LGV1” if you only want artic work, and “C+E” if you don’t mind driving artics or 17t wagons.
I didn’t pass a test on what used to be called HGV2 & 3 - it was awarded back then if you passed the HGV1 test as it was.
My CV says LGV C+E licence
Ive put CE on mine and LGV1 in brackets, because the “spotty yoofs” that work as so-called recruitment consultants have on a number of occasions with me , confused Class 1 with C1 (7.5 ton), just a thought.
Get your cv done by someone who knows about cv’s if you are out of work the job centre should be able to sort it for you free of charge at least they did for me and it worked a treat
