C.R.T.S Ackworth.

Any of you old hands on this Euro forum remember them ?,i started at Ackworth Transport in 1984 the Euro work had started in the 50,s and finished in the early 70,s some of the old tilts were in the graveyard but apart from a few drivers that run Euro
not a lot. My dad started there in 74 when they were winding it down and the grey cells have gone!!!.
I know they work with Van Gaever, LEP and a german firm.
They used to do direct and trl drop on the RO RF ,found some old pics so it would be nice to know a little more.

Amazing they were doing this in the fifties…true pioneers.I do remember seeing them but know nothing about them, sorry.
I worked for Radclive International out of Faringdon in the 70’s for the last 6months before they folded.Again hazy memories and would like to know more of their history.

Found these on the net regarding euro work that C.R.T.S. did some might find intresting.

Nice pics! You would probably get more replies (and knowledge!) from the ol’ fellas in the Old Timers Forum.
